Finally, I have created a web shop where you can buy t-shirts and mugs and other merchandise with jOOQ or jOOX logos on them. I have added a small provision of €12 to most articles. This won’t get me rich, but it is an easy way for you to donate a little bit of money to my efforts.
Happy shopping! :-)

Of course, you can still donate directly to jOOQ, on the SourceForge website, if you want to show even more love to the developer:

Nice idea. I would buy two T-Shirts, one blue and one yellow. Is it possible to change the ground color?
Awesome! :-)
From what I can say, yellow seems to be possible with the T-Shirt printing partner that I’m using. Blue unfortunately not. Their printing technique apparently only works on bright background colours. I’ll let you know as soon as I have updated the shop
Cheers

:) The Royal color is good too: http://oi48.tinypic.com/9axtaa.jpg and yellow.
Why royal? Are you Swedish? :-)
Unfortunately, this company cannot print my (jpg) logo on the blue shirt, unless I give them a vector graphic version of it. If I have time, I’ll give vectorisation a shot, though…
Here is a converted logo to svg: http://goo.gl/SJk0X . It’s very quickly with Inkscape.
Very nice! OK, let’s give this a shot. I should have some time, tomorrow!
Thanks again for that contribution. Unfortunately, that t-shirt page doesn’t accept SVG :-(. I’ve found a free converter for EPS files here:
http://www.online-convert.com
So I’ve now uploaded jOOQ and jOOX logos to the t-shirt vendor page. They will first have to “unlock” the design. Once that’s done, you should be able to order any type of t-shirt with the vector graphic design on it! :-)
Thanks for your patience! The t-shirt business is really new to me, so I’m sorry if this takes some time…
:) I think t-shirt business is nice alternative for directly donating.
Hah, yes! That was exactly what I was thinking :-)
Let’s just hope that this t-shirt company approves my files, soon. Otherwise, I’ll have to switch to another provider, soon…
… I’ll have to quit working with this company. I am left without news for ages, while they still don’t properly support my vector graphics…
Please, contact me directly at lukas.eder@gmail.com and I’ll show you how to get the logo on a shirt, directly, if you’re still interested
